Littlehorse Great Danes: Then and Now

Due to the kindness of many of our puppy owners, we are able to share these pictures. We wanted to show how our Great Danes develop over the years.

Magnus at 4.5 weeks

Lincoln now. Lincoln is owned by Scott Smith who gave him a birthday party.

Floyd "then" and below Floyd "now". Isn't he handsome?

Quinn "Then"

Quinn "Now". Quinn is owned and loved by Stephanie Hines.

Bogey "Then" December 2006

Bogey "Now". Bogey lives with the Lockhart family of Texas.

Porter and Storm belong to Pat Winch. Both puppies are from Littlehorse.

Geronimo belongs to Caroline Devere. His two litter sisters are Kiowa and Lilly. Both girls live with us at Littlehorse.

These two kids belong to the Rick's family.

He belongs to the Miller family.

Below is an example of how these puppies change. The top photo is one of Larken as she was when she was a puppy. The photo below that is one of her taken Christmas 2005. Larken belongs to Pris of Nederland, Texas.

Dawn or "Isabelle Rose" Then

Now at 9 months of age. She is owned and loved by Karen Kuser of Calif.

Scooby belongs to Anne and Terry Garnes of Florida and their puppy is 8 months old. They are getting a little sister for him in a few days. Great Danes are like potato chips. You just can't have one.:-)

Jasmine lives on a beautiful tropical island part of the year. She is from our "Cinco de Mayo" litter of 2004 and is owned and loved by Steve and Sylvia.

Diamond Rio and his sister Reagan. They are 2001 puppies from sisters Smoke and Embers.

Murphy "Then"

Murphy at 8 months. In this photo he is 136 pounds and 32.5 inches at the shoulder.

Zoe at 6 months with big sister Tica and dad Sam. Zoe's big sister is now a full fledged therapy dog.

Zeus at 2 months above and below at 8 months.

These are the Mazurs of San Antonio taking their boys home at 7 weeks of age. The white boy is named Shamrock and is deaf. The other boy is Asher and acts as Shamrock's ears.

Maggie May belongs to Stan and Donna Sprague of Sargent, Texas. Donna is my first cousin. They are owned by Maggie May. Born May 5, 2004.

Deacon born October 29, 2004. Most of our dogs love the water. Here is Deacon who is a member of

the Gillenwater family at 8 months of age on his first outing to the lake.
